Funky Mambo policies

This policy applies to tickets for events organised by Funky Mambo, including Unity, unless a different policy is clearly stated before you purchase. It supplements the Socialdance.net Terms of Service (https://socialdance.net/terms-of-service). Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend, including because of illness, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided for in the conditions shown when you booked. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a refund for that event. If we postpone an event or make a significant change, we will contact affected customers to explain the change and the available options, including any applicable refund rights. The non-refundable policy for customers who cannot attend does not remove your rights in these circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Changes to this policy apply to future purchases; your booking remains subject to the policy and any event-specific conditions presented when you purchased.
